Prior to joining GSV, she founded her own research firm, Victoria Research & Consulting, in 2002. In 2000 she took on the new challenge of conducting survey research on the World Wide Web. As a Vice President for Socratic Technologies, she designed and conducted online surveys, Web usability studies, customer satisfaction models, and new product development studies. Donna was formerly a principal in Lauer, Lalley, Victoria Inc. (LLV), a Washington-based public opinion and polling firm where she worked for eleven years. She has a long history in providing strategic advice to Democratic elected officials and challengers at all levels of the electoral process, in addition to advising state and national party organizations.
Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, Donna earned B.A. and M.A. degrees in Political Science from the University of Florida. She now serves on the Board of Advisers for UF’s graduate degree program in Political Campaigning and lectures on political polling and survey research to a variety of audiences.
Donna is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants.
